BEGINNING OF NEW ACADEMIC YEAR:  Staff Development Day Wednesday 1 September so students should not attend school.  School open to students on Thursday 2 September:  new Year 7 to report to the main hall at 8.40am; students in Y8-11 in home groups by 9.30am.  Y12 should report to Fuller College at 8.50am and Year 13 at 11.10am.  Mr Murphy

HPV VACCINATIONS:  The first set of HPV Vaccinations for Y8 girls will be taking place on Monday 6 September in the Fuller Building main hall.  The girls will be called for at some point in the morning of the 6th - please ensure that a good breakfast is eaten on that morning and that appropriate clothing is worn to enable the nurses to have access to the top of the arm.  There are still a number of girls that have not returned their forms.   Please ensure that these forms are returned, whether or not your parents have given consent for the vaccination or not.  Mrs Holliday

DUKE OF EDINBURGH’S AWARD:  All groups attending Qualifying expedition (Swattenden 24-25-26 September) see Mr Hoad as soon as possible. We must start route, equipment and menu planning.  Routes for BOTH days and menus MUST be posted to the assessor by Friday 17 September.  Mr Hoad
